Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering
All Vermont Plank Flooring® products are sold based on actual square footage. In order to determine you square footage needs, simply measure the length and width of each space you want to floor. Next, multiply the length by the width of each space. That will give you the actual square footage of the given area. It is recommended that 10% be added to the total square footage of your order to compensate for trimming necessary needed during installation.
* Often times, we are able to ship within one week. However, a 3-week lead time is required from the time you place your order until it is ready to ship.
Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Brattleboro, Vermont. We will be happy to provide you with an estimated shipping quote to your location. Generally, orders are shipped by common carrier and will require you making arrangements with the trucking company to meet their truck and unload your order.
